You know ‘they’ say “a picture speaks a thousand words.” There are many barriers in our lives created by culture, race, etc. My heart melts to “witness” our youth of today demonstrating a desire to stand tall and break down those barriers My prayers are with you Michael. I look forward to hearing of your experiences over this exciting time in Global Citizen Year. I am confident that God has many wonderful things in store for you and the others.

You tried at camp, and I imagine that will be a continuous journey for us all. Sometimes, the cameras need to look at the context for the picture. A smile might not always come, but understanding will. 🙂
